Usually Josh and I are excited when we hear Upstate New York get a shout-out on the radio in Fairbanks. Not today. Pfc. Patrick A. Devoe of Auburn, NY (stationed out of Alaska at Fort Richardson) was KIA in Afghanistan. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends today.
