Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Combine:

2 eggs beaten

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup plain canned pumpkin

Combine:

2 1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/8 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Pour pumpkin mixture into flour mixture and stir until contents are moist.  Then fold in 1 cup of cranberries halved or chopped.  You may use dried if fresh are not available.

Pour batter into two 4 x 8 loaf pans

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until tester comes out clean in the center.
