1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetalbe or canola oil
Preheat waffle iron.
Separate eggs; whip egg whites until soft peaks form. In separate bowl mix yolks, milk, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add oil, do not overmix.
Fold in whipped egg whites and blend lightly with a whisk.
Lightly spray wallfe iron with cooking spray and cook at about setting 4 -5 (med-med well). Garnish with cinnamon sugar apples, berries or blueberry syrup and whipped cream.
This batter looks thinner than normal, but works every time!
Safely makes 4 four inch waffles, double for 8 guests.
